At ELECSPRO, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with the highest quality electrical and power distribution products. Due to the technical nature of our products and B2B use, our return and refund policy includes certain conditions outlined below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
· You contact us within 5 days of receiving the item
· The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
· You have received a Return Authorization (RMA) from our support team

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
· Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
· Custom-built or special-order items
· Opened electrical components or products showing installation or use
· Downloadable software or digital tools (if any)
3. Restocking Fees
· A restocking fee of 25% may apply to eligible returns, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped)
· Original shipping charges are non-refundable
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not functioning as intended, please contact us immediately with:
· Order number
· Description of the issue
· Photos or videos of the damage (if possible)
We will investigate and offer replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the situation.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
· You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund
· If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
6. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for certain eligible items. Please contact support before returning any product for exchange.
7. International Orders
For international shipments:
· Return shipping costs, duties, or import fees are the buyer's responsibility
· We are not responsible for delays or customs holds
