Shipping Policy – ELECSPRO

ELECSPRO ships quality electrical and power distribution products to customers across Canada, the United States, and other international regions. Below are our shipping terms and expectations.
1. Processing Time
· For prepaid orders, we process and ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
· For customers with approved payment terms, processing begins upon:
o Purchase order (PO) receipt
o Account verification, and
o Credit approval confirmation
· Orders under NET terms may be placed on hold if the customer account is past due or requires updated documentation.
· Custom, large, or special-order items may require additional lead time (you will be notified)
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
· We use trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, and freight providers for heavy equipment
· Shipping method is based on order size, weight, destination, and urgency
3. Shipping Rates
· Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination
· Free shipping may be available on qualifying bulk or promotional orders (check product listing)
4. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to:
· Canada
· United States
· Selected international countries (including but not limited to Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East)

5. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
· All international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility
· ELECSPRO is not responsible for delays due to customs or local authorities
6. Tracking Your Order
· Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number
· Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
· We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs
· If your shipment is damaged or lost, contact us immediately with:
o Order number
o Description of the issue
o Any supporting photos (for damage claims)
We’ll help resolve the issue with the shipping provider.
8. Local Pickup (If Applicable)
Local pickup in [Edmonton/Alberta Canada] may be available for large B2B orders. Please contact us in advance to arrange.
